Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thehiddencodexofreality.com, including the purchase, delivery, download, and use of digital products offered through the website.

The website and its products are operated and sold by Kijo Ecom LLC under the brand name Mystic Publishing (“Mystic Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, placing an order, or downloading or using a digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies displayed on the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

The website is operated by:

Kijo Ecom LLC
Operating under the brand name Mystic Publishing
Wyoming, United States

Website: thehiddencodexofreality.com
Email: support@thehiddencodexofreality.com

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the purchase.
• Your use of the website and products will comply with applicable law.

If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the website and purchase a product only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We sell digital products, which may include:

• eBooks in PDF or another stated digital format.
• Audiobooks in MP3 or another stated audio format.
• Bundles or other downloadable digital materials described on the relevant product page.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

The product page will describe the principal format and content included with the purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before placing an order.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However:

• Digital cover images and visual previews may be displayed for presentation purposes.
• The appearance of a product may vary depending on the customer’s screen, device, software, or display settings.
• Minor typographical, formatting, audio, design, or descriptive differences that do not materially affect the product may occur.
• Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and included materials may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update product information where reasonably necessary.

If a material pricing or product-description error affects an order, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected order, and issue an appropriate refund.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not require us to accept it.

An order is generally accepted when:

• Payment has been successfully authorized or completed; and
• An order confirmation or digital delivery confirmation has been issued.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• Payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified.
• Information provided during checkout appears inaccurate.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, misuse, or abuse.
• A material pricing or technical error occurred.
• The transaction would violate applicable law or a payment provider’s rules.
• The product is unavailable because of a technical or operational issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed and the customer has not received the product, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

The total amount payable will be displayed before the order is submitted.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. By selecting a payment method, you may also be subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms, privacy policy, and security procedures.

We do not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct billing and payment information.
• Ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Any currency conversion charges or foreign transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
• Taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to the transaction, except where we are legally required to calculate and collect them directly.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that was already validly completed before the change.

7. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are generally delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• A download link displayed after checkout.
• A download link sent by email.
• An order confirmation email.
• Another electronic delivery method described on the product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

After purchasing, customers should:

• Check their inbox and spam or junk folder.
• Verify that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
• Download and securely store the purchased files.
• Contact support promptly if the delivery email or download link does not arrive or function correctly.

Delivery times may be affected by email providers, payment verification, security checks, server availability, internet connectivity, maintenance, or other technical factors.

If you experience a genuine delivery or file-access problem, contact:

support@thehiddencodexofreality.com

8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for having a device, internet connection, storage capacity, and compatible software necessary to access the purchased product.

Depending on the product, this may include:

• Software capable of opening PDF files.
• Software or a device capable of playing MP3 audio files.
• A functioning web browser.
• An active email account.
• Sufficient device storage and internet access.

We may provide reasonable technical assistance, but we are not responsible for problems caused solely by an unsupported device, outdated software, third-party application, email provider, internet connection, security setting, or customer equipment.

This does not affect eligibility under our Refund Policy where the supplied file itself is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or cannot be successfully delivered.

9. LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use that product for your own lawful, private, non-commercial use.

You do not purchase ownership of the intellectual property or copyright in the product.

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not:

• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the product.
• Share the product or download link with another person.
• Upload the product to a website, cloud folder, file-sharing service, social network, marketplace, forum, or public database.
• Reproduce or distribute the product in whole or in substantial part.
• Create unauthorized copies for other people.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, or ownership notices.
• Translate, adapt, record, reproduce, or create derivative commercial works from the product.
• Use the product to train, populate, or develop a commercial database, product, service, or artificial intelligence system.
• Claim the product or its contents as your own work.
• Use the product for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may download and store reasonable copies on devices that you personally own or control, provided those copies are used only by you and remain subject to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a right that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable fair use, fair dealing, quotation, review, criticism, or other statutory rights.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, digital products, books, audiobooks, written content, recordings, graphics, logos, designs, product names, branding, page layouts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Kijo Ecom LLC and Mystic Publishing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Hidden Codex of Reality, Mystic Publishing, associated branding, and the contents of the relevant digital products may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer:

• Copyright ownership.
• Trademark ownership.
• Publishing rights.
• Distribution rights.
• Resale rights.
• Commercial reproduction rights.

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in the suspension of access, termination of the license, a payment dispute response, a copyright complaint, or other lawful enforcement action.

11. REFUNDS

Purchases of successfully delivered digital products are generally final.

Refunds are available only in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy, including certain genuine technical delivery or file-access problems reported within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

A refund will not normally be provided solely because:

• The customer changed their mind.
• The customer did not like the product.
• The content did not meet a personal expectation.
• The customer no longer wants or needs the product.
• The customer did not access or use a successfully delivered product.
• The customer expected a particular personal, financial, emotional, professional, or other result.

We may first attempt to resolve a technical issue by resending the delivery email, replacing the download link, providing a working copy, or using another reasonable delivery method.

The complete conditions and request procedure are stated in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw from a distance purchase, special rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately and without a physical medium.

Where permitted by applicable law, by requesting immediate digital delivery and expressly acknowledging the applicable consequences, you agree that delivery may begin before the ordinary withdrawal period expires and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or downloading begins.

Any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded will remain unaffected.

13. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers should contact us first regarding a genuine delivery, duplicate-charge, or file-access problem so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

Contacting us does not prevent a customer from exercising any right available through their bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or applicable law.

When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide relevant information to the payment provider, including:

• Order and payment records.
• Product descriptions.
• Checkout information.
• Delivery and download records.
• Email communications.
• Customer support correspondence.
• The policies accepted or displayed at checkout.
• Information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may result in the termination of product access and restriction of future purchases, where legally permitted.

14. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

Our products and website content are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

They are not a substitute for individualized professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services.

Nothing on the website or in a product should be understood as:

• Medical or mental health advice.
• Psychological diagnosis or treatment.
• Legal advice.
• Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
• A promise or guarantee of personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other results.

You are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to apply it to your own circumstances.

Where appropriate, seek assistance from a qualified professional who can consider your individual situation.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Individual experiences and results vary.

Purchasing, reading, listening to, or applying information from a product does not guarantee:

• A particular income or financial result.
• Personal transformation.
• Improved relationships.
• Career or business success.
• Changes in mental or physical health.
• A specific emotional or behavioral outcome.
• Any other particular result.

Examples, stories, interpretations, testimonials, and educational discussions are not guarantees that another person will obtain the same outcome.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, conduct, and results.

16. TESTIMONIALS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES

Testimonials, reviews, examples, or customer experiences displayed on the website represent the experiences or opinions of the individuals involved.

They do not represent a promise, warranty, or guarantee that every customer will have the same experience.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, contains personal information, infringes intellectual property, or violates platform rules.

We will not knowingly present a review or testimonial in a materially misleading manner.

17. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may not use the website to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, checkout, files, or administrative systems.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract website data in an unauthorized manner.
• Interfere with the website’s security, availability, or performance.
• Circumvent payment, checkout, download, or access controls.
• Make a purchase using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment information.
• Misrepresent your identity or transaction information.
• Distribute purchased products without permission.
• Engage in conduct intended to damage the website, business, brand, customers, or service providers.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including:

• Payment processors.
• Website hosting and security services.
• WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Email delivery providers.
• Analytics and advertising platforms.
• Social media platforms.
• External websites or applications.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, content, security, decisions, or policies of third-party providers.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service offered through that website.

19. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website and digital delivery systems available, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Access may be interrupted because of:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Hosting or server problems.
• Software updates.
• Security incidents.
• Payment-provider outages.
• Internet or telecommunications failures.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue part of the website or a product where reasonably necessary.

Where a customer has already validly purchased a product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the purchased file or an appropriate replacement method.

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we do not make warranties that:

• The website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Every device or software application will be compatible with the products.
• Every factual, interpretive, or educational statement will remain current indefinitely.
• The products will satisfy every customer’s personal expectations.
• Use of the products will produce a particular outcome.
• Every technical issue will be resolved immediately.

Nothing in this section limits our obligation to provide the digital product that was purchased or any mandatory warranty or consumer right that applies under law.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kijo Ecom LLC, Mystic Publishing, and their owners, officers, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or products.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated results.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchase will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount the customer paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

22. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing product information before purchasing.
• Providing accurate order and contact information.
• Maintaining access to your email account.
• Protecting downloaded files from unauthorized access.
• Using compatible devices and software.
• Complying with the personal-use license.
• Evaluating the suitability of educational information for your circumstances.
• Maintaining lawful and secure use of the website.

You are also responsible for losses resulting from your intentional violation of these Terms or unlawful misuse of the website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these policies.

Where consent is legally required for optional cookies or advertising technologies, those technologies should be controlled through the available cookie-consent settings.

24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding:

• Order confirmations.
• Payment and delivery information.
• Download links.
• Customer support.
• Refund requests.
• Security or fraud-prevention matters.
• Material service or policy notices.

Transactional communications are necessary for processing and supporting purchases and are separate from optional promotional marketing.

25. TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, download links, or future purchases where we reasonably believe that a customer has:

• Violated these Terms.
• Distributed or resold protected digital content.
• Used fraudulent payment information.
• Attempted to damage or compromise the website.
• Abused the refund or payment-dispute process.
• Engaged in unlawful activity connected with the website or products.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Sections concerning intellectual property, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution will continue to apply where appropriate.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

• Our products or services.
• Website functionality.
• Payment methods.
• Business practices.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Security or fraud-prevention measures.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

The Terms in effect when an order is completed will generally govern that transaction, unless a change is legally required or the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use of the website.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent legally permitted.

Any court proceeding that may lawfully be restricted to a particular location will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming.

However, this section does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or legal rights available under the laws of the consumer’s country, state, or place of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.

28. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable attempt to contact us and explain the issue.

Contact:

support@thehiddencodexofreality.com

Please include:

• Your name.
• The email address used for the order.
• Your order number, if available.
• A clear explanation of the dispute.
• The resolution you are requesting.

We will make a reasonable effort to review the issue and respond.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief or exercising a non-waivable consumer right.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be clear and will apply only to the specific matter for which it was given.

31. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms to another person without our prior written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a lawful sale, merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the business, provided that applicable customer rights remain protected.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, product description, and any additional terms displayed and accepted during checkout, form the agreement between you and us regarding the relevant purchase and use of the website.
